MELVILLE, N.Y., Oct 31, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Verint(R) Systems Inc. today announced that its 5th-generation workforce optimization (WFO) suite has successfully completed interoperability testing with Cisco's Unified Communications Manager 8.5 and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) 8.0 applications.
The Cisco Developer Network unites Cisco with third-party developers for hardware and software to deliver tested interoperable solutions to joint customers. As a Solution Developer, Verint shares Cisco's strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction, has completed interoperability verification testing based on criteria set forth by Cisco, and provides joint customers with 24-hour, seven-days-a-week support.
